Project Smile Dental Health Needs Assessment

This document reports on a needs assessment conducted by Cabarrus Health Alliance and Guilford County Department of Public Health to assess the oral health needs of the underserved in the shared services area and to determine program capacity to meet those needs, as well as the finances, human resources, technology, and facilities available to meet those needs.
