Resource Summary
The Institute for Wisconsin’s Health, Inc. and Red Star Innovations have compiled a number of surveys, assessments and toolkits with general information for use by tribes interested in pursuing public health accreditation and completing community health assessments for accreditation. These resources and tools, which reside on the IWHI website, are continually being expanded to include additional information.
