Resource Summary
A project charter is a statement of the scope, objectives, expected milestones, and roles and responsibilities of staff. It can be used as a framework for partners to use during the Explore phase of the Roadmap. It was developed by the Northwoods Shared Services Project in Wisconsin, a member of the Center’s Shared Services Learning Community.
