Resource Summary
This activity log can be used to explore the different roles and activities of collaborative team members and to summarize their activities into a coherent story of the team’s tasks. It can be used during all phases of the arrangement to capture the activities being performed. It was developed by the Northwoods Shared Services Project in Wisconsin, a member of the Center’s Shared Services Learning Community.
