Collaboration Between Local Health Departments and Community Health Centers

The National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO) and the Center for Sharing Public Health Services conducted key informant interviews with staff from local health departments (LHDs) and community health centers (CHCs) to identify resources that support LHD‐CHC sharing of services. This report details the results of the interviews and surveys and discusses the findings around LHD-CHC sharing arrangements and the kinds of tools that are useful to those collaborations.
