This is a set of tools for checking in with a collaborative group, including a cover letter, a sample survey and a memorandum of results. This could be used during the monitoring and improving phase of a project to assess collaborative participant satisfaction. It was developed by the Northwoods Shared Services Project in Wisconsin, a member of the Center’s Shared Services Learning Community.
