Northern Michigan Public Health Alliance Memorandum of Understanding

The document is a memorandum outlining the shared mission, vision, and need for cooperation among the health departments of the Northern Michigan Public Health Alliance. By signing the document they agree to participate in an alliance to share services when it benefits the health of their populations.
