Resource Summary
The National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO), with support from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, assisted 12 demonstration sites with CHA/CHIP development in 2011 and 2012. Two of the projects involved collaboration with other jurisdictions.
