The first meeting, held in March 2013, focused on building the Shared Services Learning Community and on reviewing the existing evidence about factors attributed to successful CJS arrangements.
The second meeting, held in January 2014, centered on examining the work in progress among the Shared Services Learning Community and supporting that work through learning opportunities and peer discussions.
The third meeting, held in January 2015, celebrated achievements of the Shared Services Learning Community, identified “instructive failures,” and addressed sustainability in CJS arrangements.
The fourth meeting, held in September 2016, focused on understanding how best to measure the impacts of cross-jurisdictional sharing.
