This memorandum of understanding (MOU) outlines the shared tasks and responsibilities of the Waushara/Green Lake/Marquette Environmental Health Consortium, including who will act as the fiscal agent and which county employees of the consortium will report to as their direct employer. It was developed by the Northwoods Shared Services Project in Wisconsin, a member of the Center’s Shared Services Learning Community.
